(1) The fund shall make arrangements to set up a reserve fund, a welfare fund, a pension fund or other similar funds from the profit amount remaining at the end of each financial year and deposit the amount as specified. (2) In the funds established as per subsection (1) The process of spending the accumulated profits and other procedures related to the operation of such funds shall be as prescribed.
